Das Obergericht des Kantons Zürich musste sich im Rahmen eines Berufungsverfahrens mit einem Entscheid des Arbeitsgerichts Zürich auseinandersetzen, in dem es mitunter darum ging, ob eine ordentliche Kündigung gemäss Art. 10 des Gleichstellungsgesetzes (GlG) aufzuheben sei. Wie das Arbeitsgericht Zürich bestätigte nun auch die zweite Instanz, das Obergericht Zürich, dass die Voraussetzungen betreffend Aufhebung der Kündigung gegeben seien.
